I've been in the fitness industry since 2014 and over the years have sampled many forms of training, from martial arts to Olympic lifting (not at an Olympic standard mind), there is just so much out there you can never get bored, new ways and approaches to training and now looking more into science than ever before, it's an important link between us and our own body.
What first drew me to becoming a personal trainer was the fact I could be doing what Ifound important, which was helping people that need guidance in the field of health and well-being, Iwould always be itching to aid someone struggling on a bench press or trying to figure out which leaver to pull on leg extension.
Ifind that the best way of training is mixing it up, doing things that you need to think about, rather than just "pick up" and "put down" think about "engage, brace, lift, pull, stabilise, FOCUS" perfect the movement don't just go through the motion, I focus on strength and control with dynamic and compound movements that get the body firing on all cylinders.
