I am seeing the benefits in my sport as I have marked improvement in my general strength but particularly my core, which has been my primary focus. The most important thing is the sessions are fun and challenging although at the end of the hour it usually feels more challenging than fun!"
Dave at Cube fitness has been a brilliant addition to my fitness regime and has really moved me on that extra 10%. It never ceases to amaze me that even after going weekly for 2 years the sessions are still fresh and interesting. I can highly recommend adding strength and conditioning into your programme - I’m physically stronger and in much better condition. Brilliant high quality gym, super flexible and right by the station in Sunningdale. The length strength training has certainly helped my cycling and I would never have completed UTMB, 180km non stop running around the Alps.

Having recently moved to the area, we wanted to find a personal trainer after losing our way a little throughout the various lockdowns. We started training with David, and have already started to regain our strength and stamina. The gym is a fantastic space, with everything you could want from a gym. As a personal training only gym, it’s never too busy and has allowed us to feel really comfortable whilst getting back into shape. They have been really flexible working around our strange working hours. David is a brilliant trainer, pushes us to our limits whilst still making sure the sessions are fun.
